Another too salty for my taste restaurant, but wanted to eat something different than what I make at home. Won't go there for another 5 yrs. Traditional Laredo restaurant, not knocking it just too salty for my taste.
Raul's BBQ has delicious barbacoa!!! Their salsa and homemade flour tortillas are delicious! If you're picking up barbacoa for a road trip, you can also ask for cold meat for your trip.
Barbacoa tacos are really good but they always mix up my order with the tortillas or the tacos I asked for. I don't know if it's because it's too early in the morning and the server is sleepy or they simply don't care. The three stars are for the food only but service is not that good, and ladies at window are sometimes in a really bad mood.
